United by our ICARE shared principles, McKesson's 80,000 employees work together every day to make better care possible around the globe - one product, one partner, one patient at a time.Key Responsibilities:nConduct inventory replenishment duties for designated accounts/distribution center(s) to include inventory management, adherence to McKesson's SLA goals, and the management and analytics of forecasting trends (demand forecasting and lead time forecasting).nEstablish, maintain, and expand regular communication with external customers (suppliers, vendors, etc.) and internal stakeholders (distribution center managers, purchasing team, etc.), ensuring quick response times and satisfactory problem resolution and developing strong customer partnerships to ensure the success of McKesson's buying programs.nResponsible for maintaining an adequate in-stock position of inventory, ensuring that inventory is turned consistently to maximize sales while minimizing loss in shrink.nCollaborate with Management and Business Analysts to make recommendations on improvements to internal processes. nMinimum RequirementDegree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience.Critical Skills:nExperience with contracts and inventory management (preferably within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry)nAdvanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word and Outlook)nExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently. Able to execute without direct supervision nAdditional Skills:nExcellent attention to detail.nExcellent negotiation abilities with strong math skills.nAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, accomplish team objectives, and resolve issues appropriately independently, in a timely manner.nAbility to work well under pressure; strong sense of urgency.nAbility to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals basic understanding of demand forecasting and/or supply chainnExcellent relationship management skills solid decision and resolution management skills.nStrong interpersonal, oral and written communications.nStrong business acumen, analytical skills with exposure to process improvement and project management.nReadily able to learn and adapt to new computer applications, system upgrades and other technology as necessary.nMust be open to feedback and can be flexible and adaptable.nEducation:4-year degree in related field preferredWorking Conditions:General Office demandsMust be authorized to work in the US.
