Role Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is expanding across the western United States and over the coming years will engage in numerous new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. site construction and build projects. In addition, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. will continue to upgrade and maintain its existing sites. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager who will oversee **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s procurement function, partnering with the Design and Build Teams to source, price, purchase, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all materials and product (third-party FF&E, **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s own products and components) required for new site projects or renovations/enhancements of existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish, manage, and execute the procurement process from planning through execution and delivery to warehouse or **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. site
Work closely with Design Team to determine **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s own products/components and all third-party FF&E needs for each project - product specs, usage, timing, and budget
Be forward-thinking with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products and sourcing strategies
Develop and manage standard bid documentation
Determine supplier/vendor qualification requirements
Identify, evaluate, and recommend short list of providers for various items/components
Solicit bids/proposals; evaluate for suitability balancing quality, timeliness, and cost; approve winning bids
Produce purchase orders and issue relevant documentation to vendors/suppliers
Receive, approve, and submit invoices for payment
Maintain accurate procurement and budget records and collate information for weekly review by project team
Track all orders from placement to delivery to warehouse, logistics provider, or **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. site, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager or logistics provider to ensure all product is received in good working order
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager or logistics provider to transfer **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products/components and FF&E to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. site and installed at the designated time for the project
Keep procurement schedule up to date with all information to allow for weekly reporting
Ensure product spec, warranties, cleaning/maintenance instructions, supplier contact details, etc. are recorded/filed and available as needed by Build and Community Team
Requirements
5 years in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in an architecture or interior design practice, hospitality or real estate management
Experience sourcing and pricing, negotiating and developing relationships with manufacturers and third-party vendors
Financially and commercially astute
Proficiency with design and construction software (e.g., Studio Designer, Procore)
Highly organized and disciplined, with excellent attention to detail, quality, and seeing tasks to completion
Analytical, with strong problem-solving ability
Innovative, able to look for out-of-the-box solutions
Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed based on project needs
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Collaborative - a team player with a can-do attitude who wants to learn and is open to suggestions
Willingness to travel to manage out of state projects
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy

College graduate with a four-year degree
Studio Designer or other purchasing software experience preferred
