We delivernmaximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalizationnusing our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers’ current andnfuture business requirements with the help of our high level of process andnautomation competency.Changenthe future with usn Youn will ensure implementation of approved accounting policies and proceduresn for assigned organizational unit(s), that match respective legaln requirements - (i.e. HGB, IFRS, GAAP). Youn will oversee and manage large team involved in accounting and/or purchasingn transactions.Youn will liaise with suppliers and customers to clarify business cases as ann escalation point and analyze and evaluates unit assets and liabilities,n and stocks, according to Siemens-wide or specific business guidelines.Youn will be responsible of unit balance sheet, P&L reports, annualn financial statements, and reports respectively to business management.Youn will cooperate with local authorities in taxation issues, ensuresn respective tax operations, and liase with local tax consultants and banksn as needed.Youn will ensure internal controls are in place, and accounting complies withn all external regulations. Cooperates with internal and external Auditorsn as needed.Youn will manage large team of professionals and support staffs in differentn organizational settings, understands and drives digitalization topicsn pertaining to accounting and procurement processes.n n n n n n nWe don’t need superheroes, just super mindsn Youn are a Post graduate in Commerce or Engineering and have workingn experience/ knowledge on managing end to end Accounting, procurement orn similar processes.Youn bring 15 years of experience in Finance & accounting and/orn procurement field.Youn should have excellent verbal and written communication skills,n organization skills, and analytical skillsYoun are someone flexible to work on all shifts.Youn have experience in managing large and diverse teams with focus on culturaln sensitivity.Youn should have demonstrated ability in preparing and implementing businessn strategies with measurable success rates (example- RPA, design thinking,n Other process re-engineering and digitalization initiatives).n n n n n nThisnrole is based in Bangalore.
